combining small websites

I have some small MNS sites targeting one main kw. Each have about 10 pages and ranking fairly well for the main kw. They are all in same niche. Like "Redcar dot com," "bluecar dot com" .....
Im thinking of combining these pages to one, so I will end up with one page with alot of pages and alot more trafic. Like "cars dot com" Plan is to move all content to the "cars dot com" page and 301 redirct the other url's.

Can this be done without any major concern? The "cars dot com" site is an old abandon site with relevant links I purchased a year ago. I uploaded a few pages back then so it live

do a background check of cars.com and plug it FIRST into webmaster console to be sure it wasnt abused and rape on a superficial level.
