Combining my 2 blogs' content?

I have a somewhat established website, and an adsense site, and the adsense site has information that could be a great contribution to the established website. So I would like to merge the adsense site to my regular website. How can I do this without losing ranking on my established site? I'm not sure how long it will take to de-index the information so it is not considered duplicated content. Any ideas?

I think the best way is to combine the Databases. I don't know if there are ready tools for it, but if you experienced in PHP it should't be a problem.

Perhaps you can also use a Database Backup and Restore Program to combine them.
