I am looking for a good app that will let me post and schedule tweets to twitter accounts and then post the same thing to my facebook accounts and to my fan pages. Looking for something that I can schedule a week in advance.

I know hootsuite can link FB accounts and twitter accounts, but I don't know if it can handle fanpages as well.

I recently posted about this on the forum

TwitterFeed works great, everytime your blog, or autoblog updates it will share with your twiter friends automaticly, it takes a bit longer on facebook but none the less it will update. I see about a 2-5% Ctr during the day around 11:00AM-1:00PM PST.

That said you can add other types of accounts on twitterfeed.

    -Ping.fm
    -Laconica
    -HelloTxt

I would make mulitiple twiter accounts, and facebook acounts. Make a regular twitter account for your website, then make another one where you follow alot of people. I have 6 followers on my regular account but i get about 1-2 visitors per post. So that is a 33% Ctr.

Then make a few facebook account and try to add as many friends as possible without over doing it.

You can see about 15-20 visitors every blog post after a week if done right.
