Com vs EU Domain

Ignore the title...
I am just curious about .eu domain. Is this domain extension good for SEO? or is it right to say that good SEO only for .com or .net or .org? I plan to buy a new domain, but it already taken for primary domain : com/net/org/info. Anyone give me ideas about .eu domain? Thank a lot ..............
