He already suffered with GoDaddy for one year; I consider 1and1 equally bad, but 99¢ is 99¢.
I checked before I posted and checked again now. $1.17 total for 1 year. Turn off your ad blocker and search for "cheap domain transfer". I always get the ad (USA).
