I'm thinking to start cash incentive site and i'm looking for good domain name. The dot.com is taken, but dot.org is available. Should i take it, or keep searching a com domain? My concern is that org is usually associated with non-profit sites.
    Any advice?

If you are worried about SEO, .org would do fine.

However as mentioned majority of the surfers believe that .org means some sort of non-profit organization. So you better have a .com domain for commercial sites from users point of view.

I wouldn't worry too much - it's the domain name that matters most. Take the .org before someone else does.
