.com.my vs .my domain

Hi, are both .com.my vs .my domain recognised by Google as the same website? How about https and http?

Are the following domains the same?

1) https://www.xyz.com.my
2) http://www.xyz.com.my
3) https://www.xyz.my
4) http://www.xyz.my

google see's .com.my and .my as two different entities. unless you own both and redirect to each other.
https has more seo juice. to your average human visitor, most are oblivious to the difference. other than that they are seen as same. google wont index both.
personally i came to conclusion tld has major effects your conversion rates [seo is different subject]. stick to .COM if at all possible. if those are your only options, go with the .my as .com.my will be confusing to average internet user.

could be popular in Malaysia
if its popular tld in that country, and OP isn't expecting global traffic, it may just not make a big difference.
