Dont even try creating fake accounts at GoDaddy. I tried and they ended up asking for Id some hours after I registered the domain. ( I did use proxy and shit). Obviously I could not provide ID for John Locke

hahah Yeah i thought about it but decided it seemed more hassel than it was worth, as only have one debit card and thought that would be biggest problem. The problem with such offers is that they reduce the registration fee, but when you renew its double the cost of normal registrars. not worth it in my opinion

Godaddy offers $0.99 .COM for new customers only. And each account can buy only 1 domain. You can not buy again if you've used this kind of coupon in the past.
