.com.br Expired domains or Buy Links

I am targeting few keywords in brazil so looking to buy backlinks from .com.br domains, but unable to find any one selling those links. Any help on this would be great.

It would be great If i can find .com.br dropped domains so that i can build a pbn for it. Any source to buy the backlinks or get the expired domain list?

To register a .com.br domain name, the applicant need to have a presence in Brazil. A Brazilian ID/Tax ID is required as proof while registering. If you have these then I have few in my scrape lists, I can send to you for ex of few links

You can have a look in that & Select region as BR

 

So, you are saying you can find expired BR domains at moonsy? You even read what OP asked for?
