I have not heard what you want Long Term?
Work backwards my friend. Where do you want to be in 10 years and so on?
Degrees can be awesome or degrees can be useless depending on the person and the degree. If you are truly interested in something and college is going to further that into a career, then I say go to college. For my brother this happened to work out great as a mechanical engineer. Me... I hate school, authorities, and jobs, so needless to say I passed on class. I can remember 5 years ago having to make that decision. My family all wanted me to go to school, but I wanted to be self made. So that's the route I took.
Once you figure out exactly what you want, create a plan and stick to it. Fail as many times as you can, as quickly as you can. You'll be there soon enough, just make sure to enjoy the ride!
Do what you want to do and don't regret a thing brother
