Well that was a pretty smart idea. Building a very targeted list for his product.

Except of course for the getting caught part. LOL

He's not any worse than the guys who are running facebook. He's only getting emails. FB is getting pretty much your entire personal life.

Or even any worse than any other company that sets up a FB Page or Group. I don't really think the Coca~Cola guys have their page just because they're cool and want us to get some nice downloads... It's all about list building... for everyone. This guy just got caught doing his list building in a sneaky way.. that's it.
