College Contact

So if I wanted to approach a university to see if they're interested in advertising in a local site, who would be the best person to direct it to (as in position names)?

I'm thinking the events coordinator or maybe the CFO?

Hopefully someone on here has experience in doing this as I do know they spend a fair bit of money as they often sponsor a lot of community events and most colleges are always eager for ways to get more students as it's pretty competitive so they seem like a good candidate.

Also, if someone has done this, what kind of questions did they have as I know that schools often have stricter policies to adhere to than a regular business.

sounds like you might be in a little bit over your head, whenever approaching a big organization like a college, large company etc you will often get bounced around between people with nothing happening, unless you have a proven track record or even a contact in the university its going to be tough, but when it comes to advertising they probably have a marketing department that would be worth contacting
