I need to pay my college application (KAIST) . There's no much time left. Only few days
I used my mastercard but payment wais failed because the card was not 3D Secured.
It must be "Signed VISA", "Mastercard Secure" Or "UnionPay".
I'm looking for a trusted person who had that type of cards that can pay it and i will pay him on Paypal, Payonner or even Fiverr or anyway he/she want.
