I'm facing hard true collecting my initial reviews in Upwork. No one is interested to start conversation. And I'm sure it's not related to the messaging as I'm a acting as client in Upwork too.
Can anyone suggest some forums here and ideas how to create a deal where I offer free hours for a job? Or I payback more for a simple job?
How to diminish the risk to not get scammed?
