I am getting good reach in linkedin

but if I put blog url visits decrease
is there anyway I can collect lead like email id or subscribers and that also without decreasing reach

– Use a lead magnet (free PDF, checklist) → “comment ‘guide’”
– Then send link via DM → collect emails on landing

u mean to tell people to commnet AND then dm them
 
Avoid placing links in the main post and instead use comments, lead magnets, or native documents to collect emails while maintaining reach.
