Collecting ID'S from zip codes

I'm interested in getting some info on acquiring FB id's from within a certain mile radius of a zip code. Does anyone have any ideas?

it works only with myspace
however in facebook you can grab ids from fan pages and groups

It's certainly possible as a guy posted some nice lists here before. Several cities from a state.
