Collecting data then sending viewer to CPA lander

Probably real basic for most of you but can you please tell me best method/software/service for collecting user data then forwarding to CPA offer?

I have my own landers that ask for user information name/email/etc that I wish to collect..then when form is filled I want them to proceed to CPA offer. The CPA form does not need to be pre-populated with the data but that would be a bonus if it can be done without CPA API?

Any suggestions on best way to collect and store their data or software I should use would be appreciated.

Do you know aweber? If not, then you need to open an account there and start collecting data. There are others company but I dont remember their name. Try "autoresponder service" in google.
