collect $5 for each email account

I'm looking for Members that can create an email account for me with the following domain endings.

@frontiernet.net
@charter.net
@windstream.net
@frontier.com
@rr.com
@verizon.net

I need someone that can make me one like <username>@verizon.com ,where I will supply the username.
A lot of these places you need to be a subscriber to the service in order to get a mailbox.
Many times, people don't request the mailbox they are entitled to and use their normal email address.
These accounts will just be used for testing email marketing campaigns against to test inbox placement.

I don't need an email account with domain already purchased, if you subscribe of one of these services you can easily create an email for me,
if not then it is impossible.
example: You have a verizon phone, awesome, then make me an email and collect $5
