Hey everyone,

I’ve been around the e-commerce space for about 6 years now. I run an agency based out of Toronto.

Current challenges im facing is scaling cold prospecting.

Just damaged my domain rep from high to medium, so letting that cool off and may go buy 100 mailboxes and send 50 a day of plain text and go from there.

thoughts?

maybe u can try content production? make a few videos of the work that you do and share some actionable tips. those that are interested will watch and get in contact with you. its going to take a few months to get started though.

Let your main domain rest. Don’t go crazy with 100 mailboxes better to warm up a few properly, send 30–50 each, and use a tool to rotate safely. Quality > quantity

The way I’m running it now is that I’m retargeting website visitors through FB ads.

It’s doing good. Landing Page views are sub $1, so that’s good.

Yeah, I’ll let that main domain rest. Definitely gave it a beating.

We have a newsletter audience of about 3K, and I tried to double it too quickly .. I think that’s where I went wrong.

Not sure what software you are using, may be use AWS servers to send out the emails.

I think he did it the wrong way from the beginning
Should have been a different domain for the mails
