Cold emails to Real Estate Agents?

I've had some success sending cold emails, problem isn't the list or email copy. Conversion is the tricky part

Yes but you'll have to add a phone call option to your email copy for better conversion.
Anyway I was doing it for a client who had a list and a process for taking up the conversions once a reply was made and asking for permission to call or STOP receiving messages was crucial since there were cold emails and ANY reply is a good thing.

ThanksAnd one of our customer is doing like auto form submission and cold mailing too there are some sites with huge list and contact forms.

Cold emails are always a good idea, but only if you have a list of real estate agencies to which you want to direct your messages. Ideally, you should even have their consent, but as you will probably send emails to the ones whose email addresses can be found online, or on the site, there won't be problems there. As you will send cold emails, make sure that you present yourself and your services properly and explain how you could be useful to those agencies.

I did a big usa cold email real estate campaign a couple of years back.
Easy to get through to them and pitch to. The problem was paid conversions. They all want to split their fees.
Still, in theory lucrative even with $0 for a lead, but in practice they are all cheating bastards. Must have had 50 deals and not 1 ever paid up. So i stopped.

Real estate agents, along with dentists and chiropractors are among the most marketed to in digital marketing. They get spammed to death literally every day.
Your best bet is to either explore cold calling to set yourself apart from the crowd or focus on a less-saturated niche.
