Hello
I am sending bulk mails but inbox rate is very low.
I am already using :

Hostdel email marketing SMTP (30k per mails per day package)
Warmup Service
Lists cleaned via 3rd party service
100% Spam Free Email Content + Subject ( no links / no spam offers )
Old Domain
Spin Text

But still open rate is very low 0.7%
(no its not about the subject lines, its just that emails are not getting delivered to inbox)

Please if someonce can help!!!

Check if there are any spam words in your content. (google it: spam words to avoid in emails)
Must use unsubscribe / opt out link in your email. Because when people don't see any way out, they just mark your email as Spam.

As mentioned in the OP my email already has
100% Spam Free Email Content + Subject ( no links / no spam offers )

And also Unsub link

Then all I can think of it could be the issue with your SMTP provider.
Did you try reaching out to them about the issue? Because everything looks fine in your OP.

Yeah. TBH they have been super helpful throughout. They have recommended to keep mailing and do the waiting game. But I feel BHW members always have a workaround

If your sending cold emails is it maybe the user end - for example perhaps mails start off going to spam folder and if nobody moves them to inbox, your rep doesn’t improve?

If possible it might be better warming up domain and IP addresses first sending to an opt-in list, then work from there.

That way you wouldn’t have any unknown variables and you would know setup was good before you start sending to the cold list?

Also just the basics but I assume you tested on mail-tester.com?

Yes i checked on mail tester - got around 8
I dont have optin list so...
I was adviced you use old domain so I am using a 20 year old domain (non expired)

I guess with the old domain, you won’t be in a sandbox, but it still depends on what send a reputation domain has if any. regarding mail tester , what points lowered the score?

"Lists cleaned via 3rd party service"
Which service do you use to keep your email list clean?

did this just start this year? are you using a custom domain without DMARC?

did you warm up your domain and also over 30 days period? because I was seeing also super low inbox rates when just "starting small" and then bought several warmup services and suddenly after some weeks it was getting way better.

You should try segmenting email lists and testing with different hosting.

Also do consider sending time, depending on your audience country, you can try.

30k a day from one email address? If just 3 in 1000 recipients mark your email as spam, it's pretty much burned these days.

Old Domain
If it dropped and you re-registered it, it's classed as a new name.

Best setup today for cold email is:
Min 1 email on 10 different domains on outlook 365 or google workspace with dmarc, dkim and spf set up
Max 30 emails per address per day
Warm up any new email accounts for 2 weeks with lemlist or similar
