Cold Emailing Software Help Please

Thinking about doing primarily cold emailing for new clients and some link building outreach on the side but have not got a clue about software. There is so much to think about from warming up emails to making sure the prospect emails are live. This is even before sending.

Looking into it a little we are talking 150-200pm and if you buy annual subs 2-3k per year.

I suppose my question is how to make it cheaper but to still not be wasting my time. I ideally only want to spend about £50-60pm but that might be far-fetched.

I've looked at woodpecker.co (looks like does it quite a lot for good price) and smartlead I've seen mentioned on reddit and here.

Can anyone chime in with some knowledge about this and maybe what I've maybe not mentioned at all.
