Hi bhw'ers,

I have been running my cold email outreach for a couple of months now. My setup is 2 domains and each domain has 2 emails so a total of 4 emails. Each email is sending out 40 emails per day including the follow-ups. Should I scale this more like add more domains and emails to get quick results?

Thanks in advance.

Do you track the open rate also? I am also thinking to start emailing but all my emails are getting into spam. Can you suggest me something?

My Formula Which I Implement

1 Domain - 3 emails

10 Domains - 30 Emails

30 Emails Daily from Each I Send (Expect Weekends)

22 Days in a Month My campaigns Are Active

How does this work so far? How many leads do you get per month?

That totally depends to

Whom You are Targetting
Subject Line
Content
and your Offer
Last question, do you use google workspace to host the emails or other email hosting platforms?

Google Workspace only

Because of Quality IP's
Thanks, I use google workspace also, just wanted to check if there are other email hosting platforms available that are much cheaper to scale.

On the paper, scaling more domains could help you get more reach, but you gotta be careful with that. If you're sending 40 emails a day per account already, adding more could start triggering spam filters if you're not warming up your domains properly. The key is to keep a good sending reputation. If you ramp it up too quickly, Google might start flagging your emails or your domains could get blacklisted. I’d say slowly increase volume and maybe add another domain or email if you feel the need for more reach, but always watch your metrics (open rates, bounces, etc.) to make sure you're not screwing up your sender reputation.

I Prefer Google Workspace only

Check Email Health always and your Bounce Rate

Keep Emails on Warmup

Bounce Rate must be less then 3%

Thanks for the info. And yes I always warm up new domains and emails before adding them to the campaigns.
