Hello. We're doing manual outreach and sending 50+ mails per day. After the second day my email from hostinger.com been marked as a spam and they disabled sending mails function.
My question is, how many mails per day is safe to send?
I am planning to use 10 different gmails and send 20-30 mails per day from one gmail.
What is your experience? What suggestion could you give to me?
I've noticed in the past year that more and more people start sending out pure spam and calling it by all sort of names, like "manual outreach", "cold mailing" and what not.
People seem to have no idea what big of an issue spam was(still is).
You think projects like spamhaus was for nothing?
Whatever you are doing regardless if it's 1 email/day or 50 or 100 or 100,000, it's still spam.
There's no outreach, no excellent way to put it.
Since spam is NOT LEGAL, any decent web hosting will suspend your account if you're using their servers to send out spam, or receive spam traffic.
Ok, that was pointing out what's wrong with your strategy and why those things happen.
Now, for advice, my best word of advice for you would be this:
Take a week or two and plan your campaign down to the last minute detail.
Prepare a big enough email list, all of it if it's not that big.
Find a semi bulletproof web hosting that won't care that much about your campaign ( it's going to be hard ).
Send out ALL your emails on the same day, take 5 days to get all the clients you could possibly get, and close down the website/offer/etc.
Remember that off-shore hosting doesn't mean what you think it means.
Always ask upfront if they will allow email traffic.
If you make a decent profit, you can use fast flux web hosting to keep your offer up for longer periods of time.
