Hi everyone,

I decided to start cold email outreach, and i have a question about gmail warmup as i've read google banned cold email warm up this year.
my gmail is 3 years old and it has been active all this time (sending and receiving a handful of emails each day)
my question is do i still need to warm up my email before sending around 500 emails each day ?

Thank you

No way you can send 500 cold emails each day, this is simply not possible. If you're using paid gsuite account probably around 50 a day, if you're using free @gmail aged account, probably 30 a day.

500/day is a lot, start a lot lower
Since your email is aged and active, there's most likely no need for additional warm up

Dunno about gmass, but start low, and gradually go up

The numbers advertised there doesn't work anymore, but anyway you can give it a try maybe you will get lucky and fly under radar.

I am sending more than 100 a day with my regular Gmail account. So far it works but I don't send them 24/7.. just every once in a while.

Hi are you using Gmass ?

Don't send 500/day, start slowly and increase everyday.

There's no need to warmup your account, it's already warm.

If it's your personal account don't play with it.

Thank you very much, how many emails should i start by sending ?

No matter how much time you warm up, sending 500 emails is very unnatural behavior.

This is what I will recommend per email account:

0-14 days - Don't send any emails, just warm up.
14-30 days - Keep warming up and send a maximum of 30 emails per day per mail account.
31-60 days - Continue warming up and send a maximum of 60 emails per day per mail account.
61-90 days - Stay warm and send a maximum of 100 emails per day per email account.

Never exceed 100 emails per day per email account to look completely natural.

update : i've been sending 500 per day!
is it risky ?

Sending 500 per day? It's risky.
Start by sending a small number of emails per day (e.g. 50-100) and gradually increase the volume over time. Make sure your emails are personalized and relevant to the recipients. Avoid using spammy language or making false claims.

my email list now is around 3500 well targeted emails, if i send them 500 emails per day then i'll be able to send all of them 1 email per week.
no spammy language no false claims.
but i'm still doing cold emails tho to grow my list.
even after 3 months of sending emails do you think it's still risky to send 500/day ?

First is wrong to start Cold emailing with your personal email account or website

Create a new gmail account, as well website for redirecting

Then start as low as sending customized cold emails, possible 5 daily with zero links, when your account aged. You can increase to 25 to 35

Possible 7 in early morning, 7 in latter day morning, 7 in afternoon, evening and night. All should be customize with no link.

But add a Call To Action For The Receivers to reply, so when he reply. You can not send clickable link for more

Wishing you all Good luck
