Cold Email gets flagged as spam by Gmail

All my Mails get flagged as spam I really try to avoid keywords but somehow it gets triggerd even when i have a word in the Subject Line. Is it because i have my own MailServer ? If so should i use SendGrid ? Or something similiar ?

Is it a new domain? Also email engagement rates are now a spam filter factor which makes things pretty interesting.
