Cold E-Mailing script suggestions

    Looking at sending out some cold emails to a group of local businesses shortly. Just looking for some inputs and suggestions on how to tweek the copy to achieve better results.

    Everyone is welcome to use the script for their own ventures if they like it.

    My main question would be whether to attach the report to the email or not. My thought is that with an attachment people might be hesitant to open it.

    Any input and suggestions would be appreciated :)

    To be honest the object of the game is to get a face-to-face meeting with them. So don't attach the report, just give them a follow up call and ask if you can drop by with the report.

    The more you secure time the more time you have to sell your solution

    Yea after posted I realized that not attaching the report gives me a nice opener for the follow up phone call.

    Guess I just need to tweak the copy and then start sending them out!

    I like this. Does anybody have any others? I am going to try sending a report with it for now and see what type of results I get.

    in my experience cold emailing Int servies simply does not work...tried it....results were a waste of time.

    Why i think?

    1) They probably get hundreds of these a day.
    2) They prefer face to face real businesses.
    3) Who you know is more important than what you can do in "real bizz"
    4) Recession they aren't spending???

    Who knows.

    I get most of my clients through referral but I gotta figure this out!
