    Hi,

I've ranked my dentist site for a couple of keywords and #2 for the main keyword and I'm receiving about 25 UV/day.
I think now it's time to rent the site the the local dentist but I need some advice from you guys (preferably from experience)

    So:
    1. What shall I mention in my cold-calling to them?

Hello, My name is ***, I am the owner of dentistincity.com.
The site attracts people who are looking for a dentist to book directly in the area.
The site receives more than 20 visitors a day that is very specific search for a dentist in 'Cityname'. The site is on top on the front page of Google for multiple keywords.
For your company this could mean an extra 10 to 15 appointments per day. Would you be interested in an advertising spot on our website for ?XXX per month?

Is that a steady basis? Should I tell them more first?

    2. When do I call them? I guess the dentist is busy in the middle of the day,
so I'll get the secretary.. Maybe after closing time?

    3. I have to speak to the bussiness owner. What can I say to the secretary to speak to him/her and not getting pissed of?

I'm hoping to keep this thread alive so everybody can learn from it.
I start working at a callcenter next week so I hope to learn a couple of things there to implement in my offline income strategy.
Thanks in advance for your advice.
