colding calling is not about reading a script or having a golden script or w/e (even though it helps if you know what type of message you're trying to convey). the script is simply a rough guideline. focus on the discovery and then offer a package based on that.

thats the BEST advice i can give you running 2 call seo call floors.

Like he^ said, the script is only the rough template to go from. You will NEED to go off script in order to make a sale.
