Okay, so I'm calling up these businesses but I'm having trouble with closing the deals.

How do I remain professional and well prepared for the meetings?
I just get stuck on the finer details and being able to close the deal because I'm not prepared. They ask me for my prices upfront and I say I can't tell them that until I consult with them. Is this okay to ask?

You really need to give a general price to answer their questions. You also need to use psychology when doing any type of business or even dating. Read Mind Control Marketing by Mark Joyner to get you started on the path to success.

Try to satisfy them with answers as much as possible.
If they ask for price, tell em straight, don't lie, if they can't afford it they are wasting your time anyway.
But after you tell them argue it and say that for each X money spend they will make Y money off that product/service
