cold calling - how do i find the owner?

I want to cold call

I have a bunch of numbers

But I'm sure all these numbers go through to the admin people when called - the people who speak to customers

Surely they will just say no as they will not have any say on buying anything?

Anyone have any experience with this?

Best website to use to gather information on the person in charge is to use Manta.com

There is bots out there that will scrape all the data you need so you don't need to go 1 by 1 collecting data.

Under "Contact Information" it will state the owners name or someone in charge of the business.

I'm from the UK that website will not work for me.

I went to what it seems a directory but it only gives a general number

If you know how to talk, you can get in charge's number too through them.
