Coins disapearing from my bitfinex account.

Hi, I noticed some of my ltc disapeared after i tried to sell them for usd or btc for exchange. It happened again now when i tried to convert ltc to btc. I see a negative appearing on usd balance then it went away. Can someone tell me what's going on or what i'm doing wrong? Thanks

do you sure its not in open order?? check on open order tab

it will show up as usdt if u search it, or check the markets udst and look at the bottom. this scared me too.

Everyone should be concerned about USDT. No audit has been done yet. Until they do, then it's smart to assume it's not equivalent to dollars.

The fact that Bitfinex has been evading an audit of USDT for so long makes it extremely shady and dangerous to hold. It could collapse at any given moment and I would be very wary of holding large amounts for a prolonged period of time.
