I saw a few posts and had the withdrawal pending for 2 weeks so I decided to start a support ticket.
Their BTC wallet appears to be empty and no one is getting paid.
Response: "Allow me the opportunity to thank you for your honesty. We're so sorry for your most recent experience with us.
We always recommend to avoid sending bitcoin and withdrawals during high or low volume times, this is because, especially for small transactions, the miner fee can sometimes far exceed or take up a huge chunk the amount you intended to send. This is how blockchain works and it not a part of our fees. If this happens, we are unfortunately unable to process your withdrawal for specific amounts.
But please feel free to reach out to our support team and we will try out best to help you. All the best, CoinPayments Support. "
I am getting a bad feeling about this.
Did anyone try to withdraw more than 1000 dollar in BTC and it was processed? Only this coin I hve issue with, the others I took out and will never use service.
