CoinPayments Issues

KYC process involves registration and validation of the UBO. Currently CoinPayments Inc. does not have the ability to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on companies. The verification method employed is for you to submit the KYC documentation for the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO). The UBO is the person who will benefit mainly from the success of the company. It may be a director or majority shareholder. If there are multiple shareholders, the one with the most shares would be the UBO.

We require further details about the purpose of your account and further up to date information of your business. Could you please provide us with the following information:

1. Name of the company
2. URL or website address for your business
3. Nature of your business - a detailed description of what is that your business do exactly and confirmation on which countries your business services
4. Overseeing Regulatory/Licensing Authority - provide us with details of any overseeing regulatory/licensing authority together with registration/license number if applicable
5. Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent in English
6. Articles of Association or equivalent in English
7. Shareholders Register for the company (or equivalent for entities other than corporations) in English
