CoinMetro ICO - potential coinbase killer

I've been lurking here for some time and haven't seen it getting mentioned. It will basically be a fusion of Coinbase and Binance + it will offer some new ETF-type crypto investments and an ICO launching platform. It looks pretty promising if they could deliver, but the instant crypto to fiat, debit cards, and instant withdrawals just seems a bit far fetched, given my nightmarish experience with Co(i)nbase.

What do you think?
