Coinmarketcap & Coingecko listing

I know they both say they dont accept listing fees, but we all know that's not true.

Speak with any dev/team and you know it takes money to get listed, and listed quickly.

I'm fine to pay, but I'd like to get connected direct to the source at CMC or CG rather than be scammed again by a person claiming to have the connection.

I've been searching for a few days now, where would one begin to find an employee in the listing department?
