Is it only because of BTC price dropping or some other reason also ?

Boomers don't really like crypto yet. I don't think it has anything to do with the BTC price. Coinbase makes money from fees even in a bear market.

I do think BTC price will have a direct effect on the stock price of CoinBase, prove me wrong.

I read in news there was something related to some new tax policy in US by Biden. Didn't read the full post just saw the headline somewhere.
