Hi all, I'm looking for somethign similar to the paypal buy now buttons but for BTC.
Is coinbase my best option?

You can buy from coinbase, you can also buy from circle.com I use them because they don't have bank fees but limit you to $2500 a week buy and $5000 a week withdraw.

No coinbase is good don't get me wrong but with the prices going up and down you will need something more stable. Something that won't be harming your capital and also help you accept Bitcoin.

I would say you should use Bitpay because they take the risk of exchange rate etc.

Coinbase only works for people in the USA.

If you are from USA then Coinbase is the best choice for you. Coinbase has been noted for being one of the more user-friendly.
