Do not send mail from the support login. Just send a mail to their contact us email id directly from gmail. You will not need any verification code.
There can be multiple reasons for restrictions like they found something suspicious.

So you already got the reason why they restricted the account. Use some other platform.
I didn’t know they ban israeli users

Sorry But I think no.
Please can someone help me out,my Coinbase account was restricted because I haven’t verify my identity. Now, I have verify it successfully but the account is still under restriction. Try email them on the but the email didn’t go through, use their support email still no reply. I got money inside to take care of my sick dad and now the doctors is asking for some payment now. Am frustrated
