One of the surveys found that the persons who take coffee tend to be more creative than the persons who take tea..The tea persons tend to be kind of risk takers it says. The survey tells this,

The survey found that on average coffee drinkers tended to be more creative and introverted morning people. While tea drinkers were typically more adventurous and daring extroverted night owls.

I used to not take any tea or coffee till last month.. instead i take wheat beer on weekends... After I face stress issues, I'm taking Coffee along with my evening snacks, it seems it kinda helps me. It makes me calm my mind down at least for sometime.

So what person are you if you dont mind? Did you find any significant changes every time you take coffee or tea?
coffee, tea or me?? LOL

When I wake up in the morning, I don't start the day without drinking coffee

coffee is my choice because the research shows that coffee is beneficial to health and make you awake.

My and my buddy was at the gym a few hours ago, we were walking so much to the reception to get coffee so the receptionist just gave us a big can of coffee we could have while we worked out xD

Only herbal tea. Herbs that I add myself as I choose

1 year coffee, 1 year tea. Tired of the same thing.

Only beer does not bother and I always drink it!

Now there is tea and Tea. While I do enjoy myself a cup of coffee every now and then, there is really nothing that beats a cup of a fresh, quality tea.
  • Take a kettle and boil some water.
  • Now let it slowly cool down until the steam stops coming from the kettle - now it should have some 70-80°C. Even better - get yourself a food thermometer.
  • Put the Jasmine Dragon Pearls(yep, that is a tea ^^) into a small pot called gaiwa. Use enough leaves to fill it 1/4 to 1/3.
  • Pour the water on top of the pearls and let it sit for ~20-30 seconds depending on your mood. First infusion takes a bit more since the pearls take a while to unwrap. Subsequent infusions take only 10-15 seconds to brew.
  • Use the lid to keep the leaves in the gaiwan as you pour yourself a small, delicious cup of tea.
  • The cup shall be preferably a small ceramic one without glaze. That way the tea can slowly fuse with the cup, making it unique over the years.
  • Enjoy your tea.
Now I know there is a whole lot of voodoo about coffee as well. However I never understood how can anyone spend so much time over a mere beverage. People are crazy.
