Hey guys,
Do you know what these symbols means: �1� or �
It's the same, but different encoding. I can't figure out what I should write to use it with UTF8 or should I choose different encoding of file where it's written or code which I execute?
Basically, I have been told that it's: that must be 0xff and is part of a separator.
But I really don't get what that means.
Anyone please?
