I was wondering what would the price be to hire a coder at BHW, to script a program, like Tube Increaser, which accepts proxies and every 200 views it will switch proxies, can give views to videos, and accounts, etc.

Also, I'm willing to pay about $250, is that decent?

Would $800 be decent? I need some estimates, its my first time ever hiring someone to do something of this sort.
