Coder wanted to build site

Looking for a decent coder to build a site for me. (or internal addon for existing site)

I have examples of two sites that are currently doing exactly what I want, so you will have a good idea of the technical end.

Basically you will have to be able to scrape data daily from host sites and present on my site the way I want it done.

A bit of input on server specs etc will be a help. Would imagine I will need monthly maintenance to make sure everything runs as intended.
