Coder to create Twitter profile updater

Hello,

I might be interested in hiring someone to code a Twitter profile updater and am trying to get an estimate on what I will cost. I need it to do the following:

1. Log in to a Twitter account using a specified proxy. (Have to let me select how many accounts I want to use per proxy)
2. Change the username to a list of usernames from a text file.
3. Change the display name to a list of display names from a text file (if there are only a few display name, just pick one at random)
4. Change the profile picture from a folder of images.
5. Add a URL to the bio from a list of URLs
6. Update the bio from a spun text file
7. Post 1 tweet to the account from a spun text file.
8. Output the updated accounts in a text file containing the new username it was changed to, the password of the account and the proxy that was used to login to the account.

If you are capable of doing this, please let me know how much it would cost for me to hire you to create this program. I do not need it to be multi-threaded.

I can make a web panel that can do this. Myself I am a php dev. For a web based panel which does what you are looking for, Php and Curl together can handle this pretty much.

I've already got someone for the job. I'll update the thread if it doesn't work and need someone else.

Alright so the bot worked, kinda. I'm looking for something better though. Please contact me with a price and preferably if you have any experience coding stuff like this and what language you will be using if you're interested in making this bot.
