[CODER NEEDED] Twitter PVA account creator and reverifier for Windows + APK

I need:
- proxy support
- load data from comma separated csv file (login,phone number, password, proxy)
- save data after creation to comma separated csv file cuze login can be different after creation (login, password, proxy, phone number)
- simple android apk for autoresend code from sms to creator via wifi or what ever like "Airdroid" apk can do(MUST!)
- same for reverify accs from csv file(login, password, proxy)
- option to resend sms if it is not received (manually or auto after 1 min for example)
- pause and beep sound if phone number in csv is changed(need time to change sim card)
- pause button to manually pause creation process
- select start line at beginning to select line from csv file
- random user agent support if possible
