Coder Needed - Replicated Website/Backoffice

What's up all?

I'm pretty new here, but saw this section so i thought i'd post here.

So here's what i'm needing. I'm starting a site thats kinda like an "affiliate" site for a company that offers a 2x2 matrix.

I'm needing my website to be replicated once the user has completed their signup (i.e. www.site.com/username).

I'm also needing a backoffice, where i can upload video's and whatnot. It doesn't have to be really complex but somewhat flexible. PM me for more info on this.
