Codebreaker (vids appearing OVER the gateway)

So I just installed blackhat codebreaker in an attempt to monetize a tube style video site. Problem is, the gateway is appearing BEHIND the videos, which obviously defeats the entire purpose.

I did a search and read that I should be adding wmode="transparent" to the youtube video code, but that didn't work and also, most of the videos on there are NOT embedded from youtube. I have some from vimeo etc..

Being as popular as this script is, there's gotta be an easy solution for this.. Anyone know?
