Code for forum posting to open link in a new page

Does somebody maybe know how i can post a video clip from rumble on forums so it won't get directly displayed on the forum but when the users clicks at it the video page on rumble will open and play the vid ?

How about putting the rumble url through a url shortener or a 301 redirect and posting that url?
