Code a simple website

I'm looking for someone to code a website that shows different data to each visitor. Only 1 variable piece of data, an email for example.
I need the site to be able to pull that data from some kind of a document that I can edit myself. Once a variable is shown to a visitor, it gets marked and can never be shown to a different visitor.
No css or any styling necessary, it only needs to fullfil the purpose described above.
