Code a simple bot

My proxy client doesnt allow automatic proxy rotation. That's why I need someone to code me a bot which does the following:

- Refresh general proxy list
- Add a couple of dozen proxies to my proxy list
- Autoselect a different proxy every 5-10 minutes in my proxy list
- Delete all proxies in my proxy list every couple of hours
- Repeat the above steps

I can do that, i already have some code that find proxies and check them
